So I purchased a diverter valve off V-Tech Australia and decided to ask the question- can they source Diesel Geek shifters, and was told yes, as a group purchase (dealer pricing is steep and hard to get here).
The normal pricing on them is $195US + $52US shipping. Roughly $270+AU
Guaranteed group buy pricing:
$240 each + $15 shipping Australia wide if required - pick up is available in Melbourne.
-It doesn't seem like much off, but I've haggled and V-Tech has haggled and it's the best that will be done.
-The current group required is ten people.
-If less than ten people are committed (and PAID) to the group buy by Monday 30th December, the pricing will revert down to $255. This is still good for people out of Melbourne as its a guaranteed price, but only really a little cheaper if you're picking up..
-Shipping within AUS can also be grouped to save more.
-Payment will be made straight to V-Tech, within the group buy time frame (three weeks).
