I don't think you can change the carb on wa cars legally you'll have to ask transport , I know here it's legal

Really no body needs anything ! Mk1 related.........only had one ridiculas offer for the complete bumpers 130inc postage the pair to brisbane ,it costs 95 for freight lol

I'd consider the box and motor but its a lot of money to transport it to NSW.
