        Last call for the final set of coil packs from the second shipment.... going... going...

        And for anyone that has ordered a set of coil packs and would like to include a red wiring harness in their order for AUD$35 please PM me.

        These wiring harnesses will only suit the Mk5 GTI, Mk6 Golf R, Mk6 Scirocco R and any other VAG that runs the EA113 2.0 engine. Unfortunately they don't fit the EA888 as in Mk6 GTI, Tiguan, etc

        Please advise ASAP as lead time on the wiring harnesses is approx 10 days.

          Those who are ordering the wiring harness will take a little longer as these are coming in separately.

                Still trying to find out the answer to this one. Hopefully have some info early next week from my friendly parts dept if nobody else can confirm sooner.

                  I believe the non turbo 2.0 engine uses the same coil setup. If you can take a photo or grab a part number off one we can know for sure.

                  Edit: looks identical. Ignition coils and red harness will will.

                    First shipment of coil packs arrived yesterday and will be shipped out today. I will PM everyone with tracking details tonight.

                    I am expecting to see the second shipment and the wiring harnesses next week. Will keep everyone on the second shipment posted.

                          apologies if this next question has been covered before
                          what is the general consensus
                          keep the coils as an insurance policy and replace if /when needed or
                          replace the standard coils straight away?

                            Most people don't wait for them to fail and just replace. Plus keep the stock ones in the boot for emergency spares.

                              Update - second shipment has arrived this morning so I'll be getting these packed up tonight and on their way tomorrow.

                              Those that have ordered a red wiring harness will get these shipped out at the same time as they arrived late last week.

                              Will send tracking details to everyone individually.
