Are the springs specifically for the roc or will it fit mk5/6 platform?

I'm pretty sure they are only for the Roc, unless someone can chime in.

They're listed with different part numbers. That said, my Akrapovic exhaust was meant for the Roc, and had a different part number from the one for the GTI. It fit the GTI perfectly with no work required.
