I will try and see if I can keep this as a rolling thread whilst I list up all the little bits I've accumulated over the years;
item: Polo 9N / 9N3 Whiteline rear control arm bushes
cost: $40 pickup or plus post
detail: Seem to be in good condition. no signs of deterioration. I removed these with other components after making my setup too stiff for my regular trip (very bad roads, but thats Sydney for you)...

item: Connects 2 unit - CTVVGX004 (connect audio into stock head unit)
cost: $30 pickup or plus post
detail: The unit works. Currently has a but of matt stuck to it from what I had it wrapped in behind the head unit. allows connection of RCA inputs (so anything really, I was using my ipod) to stock head unit. if you are not sure if it suits your car, their website is pretty good.this particular version was for the RCD200 in the early Polo's. I upgraded my head unit.

item: Newsouth Performance Small port Power Gasket Plus - intake manifold spacer
cost: $40 pickup or plus post
detail: another purchase I never followed through on. plenty of info out there...

item: 10 x ECS wheel bolts (conical 14x1.5 x 35mm (8mm longer than stock for many vehicles)
cost: $30 pickup or plus post
detail: had been fitted but not used. nice kit compared to some of the cheap chromed ones that seem to disintegrate as you tighten them

more to come (N75 race, stock airbox intake, stock rcd200 head unit, left over kleen clay, 42DD stealth oil catch can and whatever else I dig up when I go through the shed).
