Why not take it to a plastic specialist and get him to make a mold to make more. If there's interest from USA there's bound to be a lot more people who want the kit.

Depends how much people would be prepared to pay for a kit here. You can buy the kit in the UK for under $500, but it costs at least another $500-1000 to ship it to Aus.

If you made a set of moulds it would take a long time to pay off the investment especially as you'd sell a few kits initially but very few after that.

There's also a small issue of copyright, it's not really polite to steal someone elses design, especially for commercial gain.

I suspect that making them here wouldn't be much cheaper than importing them, although it might be worth getting a quote just to find out.

I know of only just 3 Berg cup projects underway in Oz and I think that's all the kits accounted for at the moment.
