The Radio Pin is something that I will need to find. Im guessing it will be in the manual that came with my car. Or I hope so anyway. Any places where VW normally put this?

owners manual should be in there - most of the time aslong as you ahve the serial just call up a VW dealer and they will give to you over the phone

VWs no longer come with a radio card for security reasons. I'd also be very surprised if a VW dealer will give you the number over the phone for the same reasons. In person with proof of ownership of the car the radio came out of should be the only way they'll give it to you.

Yes, a direct fit. Takes 10mins to do. I upgraded my Tiguan from RCD310 => RCD510 (ran with it for a year) => RNS510, no compatibility issues.

I will look harder in my car manual tonight to see if it is in there, but going off previous posts, VW no longer have these supplied to customers.

Mine came with a radio card with the PIN on it when I picked it up only last week. Card was tucked into a pocket in the front of the pack which contains the owners manual.

I checked my owners manual and I have nothing there. I have another forum member helping me out at present.
