Hi everyone.

I am after one very soon. But thought we can save a little by ordering a few and combining postage. Seems more reasonable this way.

So I guess we need numbers first and need to decide on which one?

I would like one that reduces throw and side to side movement.

If we keep the order above 5, then that it will be $175USD.
Shipping on each unit will be $17USD

So it is a fair saving from:
$195USD and $30-$40USD for shipping.

GOOD NEWS Guys!!

He is willing to ship to 2 addresses!

shipping works out significantly more, but we save a load of money avoiding rip off tax.

postage is around $70USD for each package. and obviously multiply that by 2.

the 2 guys from interstate will have to chip in another $10-20AUD for me to ship to you guys.

so roughly we are currently looking at $195USD including postage per person.

at an exchange rate of 0.81 - that works out to be:

about $240AUD INCLUDING delivery.

better than ~$230USD including delivery.

Jim said he will have stock ready to ship on wednesday.

He asked me to get things rolling. So can those 6 people have their money ready please.

at the moment we will all be saving on shipping. hard to argue with that!
however, if we get more numbers (this is good) I am confident he will be competitive. No one else sells this product, afaik.

check that if you order 5, then the freight charge remains the same, I suspect it will increase (but still be economical)

also be aware that if your order value exceeds $1000 import threshold then you will need to add an extra circa 25% for import duty, GST and customs clearance.

also allow approx $30 per unit for local deliveries if the buyer isnt in the same state as the coordinator of the group buy.

to overcome some problems above, can I suggest that one person in each state acts as a coordinator for each state, that way, you can probably keep the keep the values under the threshold, and also avoid any interstate delivery costs

oh... yes... you're right...

That is going to take a big chunk of the saving.... will taht even be worth it? Will we have to pay GST AND import duty?
