VIC FS: MK1 Cabby 20VT

Hey guys,

Originally had this for sale and then pulled it down.

I have decided its cheaper for me to keep my engine/drivetrain gear and put it in my GTi rather than selling the cabby complete.

So things I will be keeping, 1.8t engine, drive shafts, recaros, nardi wheel and other small bits.

I am offering this as a package, otherwise people can just take what they want and I'll eventually scrap the shell.
On offer at the moment:

Rolling cabby shell as seen in pics. no motor/gearbox/front seats/bbs/exhaust.
$800 if sold as whole (if anyone is interested please let me know asap before people start taking bits)

If not, here are parts listed that are up for grabs.
JOM coilovers ~10xxx km $150.00
Tinted headlights - $80.00
Euro tail lights - $80.00
Front grille - $20.00
1/4 opening cabby windows - $120.00
Immac series2 dash $150.00 - (I have 2 dash available)
Steering coloumn/rack - make an offer
Intercooler - $60.00
Rear immac chrome bumper - $120.00
Front bumper - $50.00
mk1 GTi discs and callipers - $100.00
mk2 16v front lip made to fit mk1 - $50.00
(2) series2 clusters - $50.00
mk4 2.0L sport gearbox (02j) with 100mm cups (perfect for any 20vt swap) - $250.00

That's all I can think of really. Obviously all panels, dash accessories, seats, cards, trims etc are for sale too.
I think at $800 the rolling shell would be a great buy with everything mentioned above. The chassis has been notched to go super low. Also would be a shame to throw the shell with fresh paint away, but that's life.

I've never been a fan of the cabby but this is one that I would snap up if I had the money.

Ah **** here I am, a proud owner of a cabby mk1 looking to sell and move to a hard top. I have 5k sitting here ready to snap up a good hard top but you're making me second guess myself...

Edit: Also what colour is the roof? Black? Vinyl or canvas?

Steelies with rwc tyres will be sold with the cabby mate. The BBS RS Cost me stupid amounts of money.

Bump guys!

There's a few mk1's on gumtree that are asking huge figures for what is essentially a standard mk1 with wheels. Some are as high as 8k, and another mk1 cabby thats in pieces and doesnt run is going for almost 3k (not knocking any of them down).

Surely I'm not asking a silly figure. Anyway, I have now run out of space and car is in storage - if anyone has any issues or questions, I'm happy to work something out
