Selling my 96 2L 8v golf as i have bought a new car ( still a vw ).
Has coilovers, 10mm leads, pod filter, stainless exhaust 2.5" from cat back with twin upturned sports muffler, dual halo projector style headlights.
Alpine head unit. Alpine 10wd2 sub, MBQ mono amp, MBQ 4" dash speakers and fusion door speakers.
15" wheels with good tyres with plenty of tread left. Still have original 14" wheels with good tyres.
The bad:
Headliner is starting to drop, clear coat starting to peel on the tops of the driver side doors and front right guard. When i was driving up some ramps the tyres gripped and shot the ramps back and dented the sills. There is also a dent on the back rear guard on the arch.
The good:
Have had the water pump and timing belt done in the last 12 months and the clutch as well. Has a 6-9 month old coil pack. Will change oil and plugs this weekend.
has 237000kms, 13000 of that is from me over 3 years
