....selling my GTI. It's a great car, driven weekends and always looked after. I'm a middle aged professional who catches the bus to work. This is my weekend transport. It has never been thrashed or mistreated. We have some unexpected debts and rather than have this car sitting in the garage most of the time, I could buy a cheaper runabout and use the cash. I really don't want to sell it and certainly won't entertain low ball offers.
I bought it off a doctor on the Sunshine Coast. It has full service history and I have been servicing it at Prestige and Performance here in Brisbane. It had the timing belt/water pump replaced last month and is due for it's next service in about 5000 klms. The car performs flawlessly.
The original Denvers have gutter rash on each wheel, so after I purchased it, I put on some 18 inch wheels.
Some other details:
90744 klms
RCD 510 with OEM USB port (this allows you to both charge and control you iPhone music from the head unit)
Leather interior in very good condition (conditioned regularly)
Tornado Red paint in excellent condition. There is a small mark on the drivers door and a small mark on the passenger rear door.
Full log books and receipts for recent work performed. DSG service at 60k complete.
Tyres have plenty of tread (new last April)
QLD rego to 1/1/2017
Personalised plates not included.
I'd like to get $16000. I'm pretty firm on that price. I will list it on Carsales in a week or two for $16500
If you want the standard Denver wheels (which have good tyres attached) we can work out a cheaper price.
