2011 vw golf mk6 gti white 3dr manual

time for me to start looking at a new car.
i bought this new, and i use it as a daily. i travel about 20k km a year, so it gets used. currently has just over 74k km. will be organising a service in a few weeks for the 75k km.
just a rundown on the car. 2011 golf mk 6 gti, white manual 3 door, comes with mdi, bluetooth. no factory options.
the car has been modified conservatively with an apr tune, audio upgrade and lowered.
here is the list of what the car will come with,

osir cf mirror covers and front lip

19" oz racing ultraleggera (there will actually be 5, one is a repaired spare. it was cracked and repaired by ambula engineering who do a lot of work for the wheel shops. i went and bought another rim anyway, so there will be a spare with a usable tyre)
gti oem mats
r8 coils
anything i missed will be in my sig

the car has had some warranty work performed in its early stages, i had a whistling water pump issue resolved, and the major one was a rebuild to correct high oil consumption and replace cylinder 1. the rebuild was performed at 44k km, up until then i was using about 1l of oil every 2500-3k km, not terrible but more than i preferred. vwa performed the rebuild under warranty and since then, over 30k km of driving, ive never had to top up ever.
all services were performed at european autotech, except perhaps 1 or 2 at bill buckle vw. i have all invoices for servicing.
some miscellaneous info- gauge sweep mod done, titanium exhaust tips installed, gti seat decals.
i have tracked most of my fuel consumption on an app if the owner is a nerd and wants to see it. i routinely get low 8l/100km, a few high 7l as well.
car has never been tracked, i use it as transport to and from work

price
ill start with $27000, not in a hurry to sell as i still need to organise my next car. i have checked carsales and know whats out there, plus im realistic about the price as well as understanding that mods dont add value.
if interested parties can show me a car similar to mine at a price significantly cheaper, then for sure, i would adjust accordingly, but as it stands, ive seen whats available and nothing in nsw is comparable.

From someone who has sold 10+ cars privately you might have more luck with the stock wheels on it. I've always had more trouble selling modded cars than stock examples.

actually, i put the ad on the forums for about a month, no interest. then i put an ad in carsales, have had 3 calls in the first 2 days. and ive had a test drive already and he is selling his car wednesday and organising state roads on thurs and buying by this week.
i agree, parting out is sometimes necessary. however, if u research and install quality, desirable parts, which i think i have (and by the sheer number of people asking to buy my rims alone, at least 7 people), then u can sell a modified car easily. just dont do stupid mods. do it right and people will appreciate the work done because its the type of mods that they would have done themselves.
then again, im partial to chromed out rims and altezza tail lights with crazy stickers on my cars
