Redbook has the private sale price range for a 2011 MY11 DSG R at $25,100 - $27,900:

The average kms on Redbook is 60k-100k for that model, however you also need to factor in that your car has no options fitted, which can make it hard to sell.

+1. Although I don't necessarily agree with Redbook on this one - though it's probably not far off as far as trade-in prices go (a lot of dealers refer to it when offering a trade-in).

Why would someone buy your car when they can buy something like the one above which is newer, less km, still under factory warranty and is $4k cheaper.

I think you'll need to be in the low $30's to get people interested.

Thanks for the comments, I have been travelling but car is now back up for sale at a good reduced price (even space sales States average sale price of a car this age and mileage is $36).

As edited in the first post price is now reduced to $34,400

Car just sits in the garage now as drive the M135 everywhere
