  • VIC WTB - MK3 Golf VR6

    Hey Guys!

I have been looking for MK3 VR6 for a while now. I am keen to see if anyone is interested in letting one go or knows of one for sale that isn't listed on here, Carsales or eBay (the only sites I check).

Preference is for a Black '95 or later with 5 Spd Manual but am open to anything. Under 200,000kms would be nice.

Price is dependant on the car but would spend up to 8k for the right one.

    Thanks!

My VR6 could be up for sale very soon... The Polo I originally ordered has fallen through so I am on the hunt again, but hopefully by mid November I will be behind the wheel of something new, that said if the right offer came along I would part with the current vehicle before then, otherwise it will officially back on the market as soon as I can confirm a new order.

The original sale thread is here:

If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.

Sydney <-> Melbourne is not a bad drive. We bought our Van out of Melbourne and do the run there and back a couple of times a year.

While it's harder to do, don't be afriad to look into other states for cars, it's only the cost of a plane ticket + some fuel and time to get it home and there are great cars all over the place. I have now flown to pick up two cars and had road trips with mates to pick up more than a few others. Getting there is half the adventure

Yep, done it a few times. Bought 2 cars from QLD and drove them back to VIC. I actually enjoy the drive but the commitment to buying the car sight unseen is the part i don't like. It isn't something that would make or break the deal for me but obviously would prefer something local.

            I will be in touch.
