Well after taking the car for a spin this afternoon, I can say it goes very hard!
Great fun in a mk1 and really makes it perform top notch!
The body is like Deano said, it's pretty rust free, just needs love, apart from that great car... I am quite keen...

I went round to have a look last night and this car has a really sweet motor. Started easy and idled smooth without being noisy. When it was warm and Deano could give it a hit it reved cleanly, no spluttering and bugger all vibration. The car's paint is rough and it really needs a tidy up but nothing that's going to cost heaps of money, just time. The more time you're willing to spend the better it's going to look. I'm one of those that like cars that look a bit rough but go hard and this certainly fits the bill. Now if only I had some money.
