  • QLD EOI Mk3 VR6

Ok here goes again, this time for real.

I have a '94 Mk3 Golf VR6 for sale. Its a 1994 body with a 1996 motor. The car has done 248 odd thousand km's and the motor about 40,000 less than that, Approximately. The car was sold to me from Lawrence Svenson from German Auto's and is a beaut of a car. I have had it for a bit over a year now, and he has looked after it regularly.

The reason The motor is different to the body, the guy who had this car before Lawrence was out at willowbank and went around a corner, the car oilsurged and ran itself out of oil, and blew. It hasnt been on a track since the new motor went in.

    The Good:
Timing chains were done just prior to me purchasing the car
Koni Yellow (Adjustables for those of you who dont know them) Front and rear.
The car has been lowered, I dont know who by, it was like that when I got it.
Heater works really well, It just about gives me blisters on my shins.
Motor is in great working order, still pulls like a train, and has a beautiful note to it.
Im not sure what else I can put on here, except the interior is fantastic, no cracks, no real rattles in the car. The Window regs have been replaced recently .

    The Bad:
Air con needs a new compressor, ( I am going to fix it before I sell it)
Needs new tyres (Again, i am going to replace it before I sell it)
has faded VW Badges front and rear, and the strip on the boot which has the button in the middle of it has peeled, (No biggie, the rest of the car is damn near perfect, and thats me being padantic) Sorry about my spelling.

Anyway, any questions ask me, and I will be happy to answer. Please no tyre kickers.

Asking price is $7500, and price a little flexible.

As this will only let me post small photo's, the photo's can be found at Flikr, at this address:

To add to that, the gearbox is smooth as anything, apparently was rebuilt or reconditioned or something by the previous owner (mechanic), so yeah in good condition.

Yeah the car is manual. The previous owner did polish all the joints on the gear lever so it is nice and smooth. Sorry it has been a few days guys, Im currently in the middle of qld at the mines, and computers are scarce. Ill be back in brisbane tomorrow, and will be able to pm you all then.

Cheers for holding the fort Ausscare and Madglf!!! Appreciate it
