Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    NSW 2003 T4 Transporter Kombi

    I have owned this Kombi since brand new, end July 2003.

    Manual, 2.5 with airconditioning, front air bags, 9 seater from factory with rubber flooring through out. This car has been serviced every 5,000kms with a major service every 10,000kms (with full history). It has recently had the 100,000kms service where the timing belt and water pump has been replaced. Currently, the speedo reads 104,850kms. Custom seat covers were fitted the week I bought her. Tyres are only 2 months old on the new rims I had fitted. She has been lowered and looks the part. The front mudflaps scraped so I have removed them, but they will go with her. Same with the front passenger seat, the bench has been removed and replaced with a single seat, but the bench will go with her. Has Venture Sheild on the front bonnet and this means she has no stone chips!! Not a cent to spend, just drive and enjoy like I have.

          Your car is is a credit to you, the new owner will be very lucky. I am surprised that you are parting with your much loved T4
