I’m replacing the front pads and rotors on our 2018 Arteon and would like to know the torque specs for the 21mm calliper carrier bolts and the 13mm guide pin bolts?

Does anyone now the torque value for the body mount bolts? I put a small body lift on my rok and I feel like it is not tight enough but don't want to just rattle the bolts up in fear of ruining the factory body mounts themselves.

In the process of installing a new powerflex dogbone insert for my 9n3 GTI.

Was just wondering what are the torque specs for the mount.

e.g. the 2 bolts to the transmission and the main insert bolt to the subframe.

Guys. I wanna get a torque mount insert for these reasons.
1. I use my tiguan for towing. When under load the twist of drivetrain is strong.
2. Extend the life of other 'regular' engine mounts by reducing drivetrain movements
3. Torque mount needs removal of subframe and press in....

I have a 2006 Golf R32 with Zolder alloys, the previous owner gave me the wrong torque adapter for the wheel nuts, do these nuts vary from car to car or are they all standard?? Are they a standard torque adaptor size?
