Should I have a logbook MY15 Octavia RS

I noticed that my 2014 MY15 Octavia RS did not come with a stamp logbook but instead came with a little folder book looking like you put in receipts. I took it in for its 15k service to VW dealer and they had taken the leather pouch out but left nothing in it, I'm assuming they looked for somewhere...

hey guys newbie here just bought myself a 03 vw bora and looking at lowering it on coilovers need some advice on what tyres to run as I want it low as possible currently it is sitting on 225/50/16 was thinking 195/45 or 205/45 the rims are +36 got no idea what the width is cant see a stamp anywhere...
