hey ive got a rattling and sometimes squeeking noise coming from the pillar between the passenger and rear sliding door. I have taken the plastic moulds and adjustable seat belt part off to expose the pillar. I originally thought it was coming from behind the seat belt but have realised the sound echoes...

Two questions, what's the real impact, other than the squeek?
Does it continue to work just fine? Or is it on it's way out and needs to go?
