How do you make the Discovery Pro show tracks in order by File Name ?

In my older SUV, I can sort and play songs (mp3) by File Name

So all my songs are in the format 'Artist Name - Song Name.mp3'

Does the Discovery Pro allow you to show songs 'in order' by 'File Name as I cannot get this to show ?

Just picked up a 132 Tiguan for the folks. Mum has found that the Bluetooth on her iPhone can only play songs through Bluetooth but cannot change songs or pause etc from the multifunction steering wheel. Song name doesn't show on the mfd or head unit either, not sure if it's...
