Hi folks, I have a VW Golf R Mk7 2015. Thought I would be clever & update Nav Maps. First mistake, I formatted the SD card without backing it up. Have tried the VW map update site & downloaded the suggested maps, extract it to the original sd card. Plug it into the unit & no read.

Pages usually flick up straight away but over last few days has taken up to 20 sec for site to load and nearly as long for it to change pages Is ok typing messages once page is open but then nothing happens for quite...

I own a 2015Golf TDI which is usually very reliable. I have lived in Canberra since 2010 working at the airport on the LINK and REX aircraft. I found the VW watercooled site when I was investigating a problem with my golf so hope to gain from other VW owners experience.
