ECO MODE
Eco mode doesn't seem to be remembered when you stop and exit the car and start again later on. The car resets to Normal mode.
The fact that Eco mode has been selected in the past IS remembered (it is shown as selected on the screen), but I have to touch Eco, it flashes briefly,...

Golf air vents always on?
Hi, I have a MY20 Golf R-Line, question about the driver/passenger door air vents.
If I turn the fan on and select FEET as the only option for airflow, air still comes out of the door vents (At a reduced rate than if FACE was also selected).
is this normal behaviour?

Driver Selection - Personalisation
The Tiguan is my wife's car so she is Driver #1 under the personalisation settings. I have programmed my settings for Driver #2.
Most of the time when I use the car, Driver #1 is selected. However, sometimes Driver #2 (me) is selected.

Passar B8—tilting passenger mirror?
Can anyone tell me if the B8 Passat is fitted with a tilting passenger side mirror (ie. when reverse is selected) in Australia, as it is in other markets? -
Collection of POI's
Firmware 3xxx and above allows you to make your own POI database on an SD card, and then load it onto the unit. Where before, you would have had to write a new disc each time you wanted to upgrade the POI, you can now just delete the copied database from the RNS, and load a new one on.
