Did anybody require coding when fitting a new car battery on a 7.5R?

Looks like the US models have remote start options.. I wonder if we could possibly order/retrofit these parts into the AU cars?

Hi all it looks like the owner before me has put the wrong side battery in because it pokes up too high does anyone know the specs require for the scirocco battery?

Hi, I have a 90TSI which did not come with the ''Coming Home Lights". Is this a feature that can be retroffitted. Does it require additional parts or is it simply a computer coding change. thanks
