i am hoping if anyone has experienced this issue and could shed some light on it, i recently had waterpump replaced on my 2015 jetta 1.4tsi, 2-3 days later new sound developed and i’ve taken it to mechanic to troubleshoot it but he is saying he can’t replicate...

I had an intermittent rattle that would come from the drivers side suspension. This also caused a slight clunk when reserving cold start on a decline (not DSG noises).

It was hard to replicate but I was lucky enough to show a VW Tech and they fixed it.

When I leave the key in and turn it so that everything turns on, but not the car. After a while the central locking pump will randomly go off, but the doors do not lock or unlock.
It will do something maybe three times in a row, then wait a while with nothing, then do it again.
Is that normal?...
