I was driving this afternoon and the engine suddenly went dead. MFD, speedo and tacho all went off. Power steering and brakes appeared to be dead also. However the radio was still on. It was as if I turned the ignition off.

I am looking at changing the battery on the R36 soon.

Just wondering if anyone has changed theirs recently and what they are using?

In the past, i've always just used NRMA batteries but this time want to look into it more and see if there is anything...

So the Mk6 has a special laminate or film on the windscreen that reduces the wind noise from intruding into the cabin...

If for some unfortunate reason, the windscreen had to be repaired or replaced would this mean that it's going to be a complex affair?
