Have joined to seek help with a media unit / head unit that is in an eternal startup loop.
VW Passat Alltrack - 2014.
I did see a post that suggested disconnecting the battery, draining all power and then re-connecting.
Tried - no success

Apologies as this has probably been done to death elsewhere but I couldn't find an answer.

When I got the car I updated the maps using the discovercare app to the 2020 version.

I now see that there is a 2022 version, but the discovercare app does not pick this up.

Last week I picked up a 2011 1.8t Passat wagon with just 102000km. Its in very good condition with just a few paint blemishes & a schmick interior.

Bluetooth doesn't work, will not connect to anything. There are other phones stored in the system & I cant delete...
