Is anyone able to explain the difference between the essential service/ plus and a regular logbook service? I understand the essential services only cover oil, brake fluid and cabin filter however that is generally what most services cover unless it’s a major service. Will these...

What are the chances they could provide me with a replacement logbook filled with service history?
Has anyone had success requesting this before??

I noticed that my 2014 MY15 Octavia RS did not come with a stamp logbook but instead came with a little folder book looking like you put in receipts. I took it in for its 15k service to VW dealer and they had taken the leather pouch out but left nothing in it, I'm assuming they looked for somewhere...
