I wanted to chase some opinions on this:

So ever since I've had my High Flow 200CELL Downpipe installed (custom) on my 6R, it's been bothering me with the smell.

I primarily notice it when i Cold start & Stop at the lights with windows cracked down...

I started noticing exhaust fumes in the cabin of our 2009 T5 Caravelle (BNZ engine with 125,000kms).
A check under the bonnet revealed black soot on the turbo and surrounding area, including the firewall.

Does anyone have any thoughts on the cause of this exhaust leak?

I bought mine as a 1500km demo from Beachside VW at Frankston, Vic. I was quite happy with them, and very happy with the car, except that I cannot stop fumes getting into the cabin when following a smoky vehicle, even in recycle mode. It's not a problem for me, but my wife gets very sick from such fumes....

The golfs alternator I think has crapped itself today after 20 years and of course its when I am about to start up work again the battery light came on not too long ago after I spotted some smoke coming from the enigne bay followed by some stinky fumes just wondering if anyone has had the same or similar...

I'm a courier & drive a brand new Caddy my company received in January.

Every day I'll jump back in my car, drive back into traffic & breathe in a lung full of bus fumes etc. This occurs because the A/C Recycle button has disabled itself. This drives me crazy...
