My car needs topping up with adblue. Any recommendations of what Adblue to buy or can I use any brand etc? e.g the Penrite AdBlue that supercheap sells?

I recently had my wheels aligned of my VW CC V6 AWD at a suspension place.
Car has the factory 18" wheels, all suspension stock.


I find it highly coincidental, but i recently noticed a strange rubbing/scraping sound when on full lock and accelerating (e.g. U turn)....

Is there any other parts needed to retrofit a steering wheel on to a 2011 b7 passat? e.g do I need a new slip ring?
