Just bought a Bluetooth dongle ( Aux In Bluetooth Adapter Cable for VW RCD 200 210 300 310 500 510 MFD2 RNS Radio | eBay ) which I connected to my head unit.

The only problem, there is no way to access the CD changer mode to use this dongle.

So after much consideration on whether I'd buy an OBDEleven, I ended up with a Carista dongle, after reading on Briskoda that its possible to use it to turn on the second set of bulbs fitted to the fog lights on my Mk2 Octavia.

Looks like it all works, I ended up buying the genuine Carista...
