Wondering what others have paid for a Comfortline auto in NSW? How much would demo cut off the top?

So I've been offered a demo Tiguan Allspace which was registered i June as a demo vehicle with a dealership. When discussing price before the weekend the dealer said it was "newish" with less than 200km on the clock. When he sent me the contract the papers said a tad bit over 1500km on it....

The dealer principal was driving it (demo) , only 4000km on it, its Pearl black with sunroof.

I have just deposited money to commit to buy a DEMO (3000km) Golf Highline 103TSI with factory panoramic sunroof and metallic paint 2015 model for $32500. Is this a good price?
