Auto Hold Failure.
I have had my Tig for 3 months now and enjoying it extremely. I love the ACC and the Auto Hold.
But the other day I stopped at the lights and the Auto Hold activated and took my foot off the break.
As normal the car did not move, but when the lights changed and I tries to take off...

DSG reving high when keeping speed going down hill. Normal?
Wondering if this is normal: when I drive the new Polo and I come to a steep hill, when using the break to keep the (60km/h) speed limit, the gearbox kicks down to 3rd gear and revs over 3000rpm. Before I put my foot in the break to keep speed it's in gear 6 or 7 and then kicks down to 3.

About to replace my rear break pads on a 2005 Golf 1.9 TDI
Anybody know correct pads including part numbers.
Any recommendations for pads and disk suppliers would also be welcome.

As above, ill be brief, after looong think have decided after all the tyre kicking for the peanuts im chasing im going to break the VR and to have the best of both worlds run the VR lump and gearbox in my beloved MK2. Yes I have a few projects and my Polo is still ongoing and not giving up on that....
