Im Roy from Kenya,i drive a 2011 vw amarok 2.0btrb diesel. amazing daily car.
unfortunately it got vandalised recently by thugs and they torched the interior .. been looking for a complete interior:-dashboard,seats,safety belts,panels,door cards...basically full interior.

So thinking it might be time I replaced the timing belt on my 10yr old and only 30k T5 tdi340 103kw (one owner)
Given the low mileage was thinking just replacing the belts, not waterpump, tensioner idlers and seals at this stage what do you reckon??
Also should I go genuine VW? Belt $240...

Got a 2014 golf 90 tsi with a CSXA engine. Planning on doing the timing belt soon as it's done 105,000kms.

Looking online at the procedure all off them talk about locking out the cams on the gearbox side and removing the cam gears. If I am only doing the timing belt, is it still necessary?...

Hello all I have a 2006 t5 2.5ltr engine the timing, air, alternator & power steering are not belt driven is this correct. I have a squeal on acceleration when engine cold can anyone tell me how to check & replace belts - water pump etc. thanks

Hey, who knows the belt sizes for a rv engine?
Hsy keep sending me the wrong alt belt and says it's correct!
