I have had my 2005 VW Polo GTI for a couple of years now, given to me from my dad having bought it as the display model from the dealer.

Don't have a huge amount of experience with cars but am looking to become whatever...

Just wondering if anyone has replace their own waterpump/themostat housing as mine has developed a leak by the looks.
only seems to leak a small amount and some what on and off not constant which is strange.
has been loosing small amount of coolant over the last 6 weeks or so never over...

Anyone had any leaking headlights? I have done a few water crossings up to the bonnet only to find both headlights have a substantial amount of condensation in them that afternoon. Wondering if they are a sealed unit, given both have similar amount of water in them - it would appear not?

Have been reading up on changing the oil and filter myself on the DSG (08 R36). There are many variations on the amount of fluid to put back in unless you are following the temperature monitor then drain to the top of the level tube method.
