How easy is it to fit a 5speed in a mk1
Do I need different brackets
Do I need different drive shafts

What's up everyone, I've just purchased a 1976 Mk1 golf, wanting to do a engine swap to a mk3 2.0 and need mounts! Help me!!!

- 2L Crank case blanking...

I've been googling and failing to find any useful guides on the process for doing the 4speed to 5speed conversion.

I have a 1.8 8v JH motor with a diesel gearbox and a clutch that is slipping at 4.5k rpm.

Can anyone make some recommendations for a guide...
