Thanks DV52 and Lucas_R. I do treat the evaporator with CRC Auto AC foam just before installing a new cabin filter every 2 years and it appears to be dripping out the drain under the car successfully but you might be right in that it stays damp as we basically never turn off the AC.

Damp smell after rain, suspecting windscreen
Hi,
I'm trying to figure out a damp smell that happens every time it rains heavily. The car doesn't have a sunroof but it has had a windscreen replacement at some stage as it has a non-genuine one fitted now:
"AUSTRALIAN AUTOGLASS DOT459 AS1M644 ACOUSTIC 0 ***"
