1:87 scale

Hey, here we are on our "NEW" forum! I was voted as Moderator without being nominated

Anyway, I also have a great VW collection (predominately watercooled) (predominately T4) (predominately 1:87 scale) (gee I like brackets).

I have began to collect 1:87 scale from Feuerwehr Hamburg, Dusseldorf & Berlin. Here is an excellent 1:87 from the Feuerwehr Dusseldorf, D:2093 made by Herpa and still available.

Feuerwehr Duisburg. A stunning paint scheme. Saw one on German Ebay over 12 months ago, bid 25 Euro & lost. Have only seen one since. Made by AWM, who are the only ones to make a LWB.

I have just ordered this new VW T4 Transporter Syncro of the Dusseldorf Feuerwehr D:2604, by AWM.

Arrived yesterday, 2 X D:2604 VW T4 Syncro Dusseldorf Feuerwehr. Not 100% correct as it has a white band at waist level, which the real one didn't! Still I suppose it is good. Bottom pic is the real one.
