Be fair, a friend of mine at work is interested in this. Don't go jumping in and buy this car from underneath him.

Is this car worth the asking price? Is it someone on here? What is the "real" value of a car of this vintage that presents in such good condition (by the photos anyway)

Haha Steve. be fair? now if someone was offering me $7k to take that off their hands, I might consider it (LOL sorry not a "lovebug" fan )

doesn't look too bad in the photos... however i would like to see it in person to look at the "scrapes and dings" that they mention.
Hard to say without a good look over and a test drive.
