In the uk, you can get in to VW shows a few quid cheaper if you turn up in a VW, no-ones going to believe you haven't just stuck a VW badge on an Orion are they.....

At least SEAT is a real VW , (modern ones anyway)
owned and designed from scratch by VW.
Watercooled VWs are really Audis anyway.
The good old 4 cylinder Golf engine was originally designed by Mercedes.
If it wasn't for the Audi VW marriage we'd still driving type 3s and beetles God help us.Comment
