  • Big Seat Leon crash

At the Brands Hatch round of the Seat Leon Eurocup, Francisco Carvalho lost control of his car after contact and flipped end-over-end into safety workers. Amazingly, nobody was seriously injured.

Wow!! Thats a biggie, they are all damn lucky.
I have a friend whose family in Holland operate a Seat dealership.
Her brother ran the Cupra cup until a few years ago, he had a huge off at one of the German circuits. Was in an induced coma for 5 weeks, lost all sight initially but over 11 months it mainly returned.

The marshall must have seen his maker I'd say, but good on him for getting it together so quickly to help the driver!

thats a dam close call for those marshal's!

ditto Mik's comments, the marshal certainly did his job, even after the close call!
