what is VW's obsession with woodgrain? does anyone know anyone who likes it? brushed aluminium is so much better.
this new one looks alright. about time anyway. looks a bit like a merc? still good though.
that bit about engine start up when brake pedal released...its great in theory but if customers have to feel/hear the engine start everytime they take the foot off the brake pedal they are gonna get annoyed.

I just hope they have options for the woodgrain. I prefer the lighter coloured (cork board type) wood as opposed to the darker one. My dad has this colour along with black leather in his 'Reg and it gives it a very dark atmosphere.

wood grain is so retro. i agree aluminium looks far better. it looks like its borrow desighn cues from the golf range (front end anyway), still not sold on ground clearance though.
