Extended warranty

My warranty on the Jetta expires on the 31st of October,and I have deceided to buy the extended warranty for 3 years.
Was quoted 1350 by South Yarra Volkswagen today...for the VW warranty.
Is that a good price.
My car is a 2.0 fsi automatic,non turbo...immaculate in Silver,MY 2007,with 46700 kilometers and no issues.
I will buy it before the new vehicle warranty expires.
Please advise.

Just a bump, rang Jaz and was quoted the above listed price for my Polo GTI.

My local dealer quoted me $1992. If you dont mind saving over $500 call Jaz!

Organized my extended warranty today,should have all the paperwork tomorrow.
Jaz was a pleasure to deal with...YAY.
I will now keep my car until 2011,when the all new Jetta 6 is launched...

I may be daft but the extended warranty offered by Southern Classic Cars/Jaz Hokin is valid nationwide, right? In other words, for warranty related services, all Australian VW dealers will have to honour this.

My Passat's warranty is expiring early next year & I have been quoted much more by the VW dealer I bought it from. Hope I can take up the $1,400+ offer when the time comes.

The extended warranty is nationwide.
I bought one for my Jetta on 3 0 October,and got one today for my partners Golf,as the warranty expires on the 28th of November.
