LOL Polo, Adzy outsmarted me with a timeshift.

Besides, I knew, as we are all responsible drivers!

and where in the law is acceleration rate considered? a spritely acceleration from 0 to the allowable speed limit is ok as long as there is no danger involved? If the law saw otherwise, then ADRs would require acceleration limiters to be fitted

AFAIK in most jurisdictions if the police consider you to be "racing" then you will be in trouble. This could include two vehicles accelerating together, spinning tyres, loud exhaust or whatever.

One of the reasons I prefer quiet, innocent looking vehicles (you can have a little fun without attracting the wrong kind of attention).

I have sussed out the legalaties hooning and YouTube evidence. If you state where the driving took place it clears up any missconceptions which could lean towards insighting hooning on our roads.
There is even a group of jacks who's task is to scan the Tube for ppl they can book due to sufficient evidence. I read that as long as we are seen to be leading a responsible example and not encouraging the hooning on our roads then you are more likely to be overlooked.

Hell yeah! So refreshing to slip under the radar in a classy looking car that can blow a car off at the lights. (without speeding of course
