My money is on it being an S2000 Polo as it is an official class from 2010 in the WRC, the car has already been extensively developed by VW South Africa and Renee Georges Rally Sport in Belgium and it would be a lot easier than developing a new car from scratch.

This is exciting news. I hope it happens and it is not just premature speculation or rumour. I still can't get over how Subaru withdrew from the comp. I love WRC.
