Liking comments/Thanks

I am not sure if the forum software/providers allow for this but on a few other forums i'm on you have the ability to thank and/or like the comment someone had made. It is a nice quick easy way to recognise someone's comment, without having to post a message. I understand if this can't be done, but seeing this is the suggestions section, I thought I would suggest it. thx.

There's a reputation system which allows you to +1 people and leave a comment that only they can see.

Look for the star icon on the bottom right hand of the user's post. (Funnily enough, right next to the report button).

It's probably not 100% what you were referring to, but it's somewhat similar.
