Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    MK2 Golf section - DIY/FAQ sticky?

    Hope this is in the right area.

    Not sure if this has been proposed before, but would it be possible/feasable to get a DIY/FAQ sticky in the MK2 Golf and Jetta area?

    I havn't been on this forum long, but it always seems to be the same questions being asked in this section

    Why doesn't my MK2 idle?
    Why is my digi MK2 slow?
    How easy is a VR6/ABF/1.820vt engine swap blah blah? ect.....

    The set-up in the MK3 Golf and Vento area works quite well

        Good initiative Ryan, I'll sticky it up for you and clean up your deleted posts. For future amendments I'm sure you know you can use the edit tool and add more links in as you go along. Any questions/requests just direct them to me or the Mk2 moderators through PM.
