  • Does search allow boolean operators?

    Hi,

I've been trying combinations of boolean operators, but it doesn't seem to work.
I want to search for the phrase "Jetta TSI" or even posts with "Jetta +TSI" or "Jetta AND TSI", but it just returns all search results of posts as long as it has Jetta OR TSI.

Is there a way to do boolean searches? If so, what are the list of operators?

I've read that it can be enabled from the admin side.

    Thanks!

The search definitely needs some improvement, the request above alone would great start. As a newbie here I really want to search before I ask a question as I know how frustrating it can be when the same question is asked over and over but I am having a lot of trouble searching purely because I can't search on an exact phrase by enclosing it in quotes.

    Any thoughts on improving search?

    Thanks,

    Adam
