VW/Hyundai to partner for a crossover vehicle :)

Apparently VW and Hyundai are now entering into a partnership to manufacture a 4WD 5 seater crewvan type vehicle.
Vehicle specifics aren't finalised yet, but the marketing/advertising people have settled on a jingle using a Simon & Garfunkel tune, which goes

"I Amarok, I am an iLoad"

Still remember the last partnership with Suzuki, that didn't end well for Suzuki. I don't know what could possibly VW gain from it?
