I believe it is called SFW (as in safe-for-work) where they take a porn image and turn it into something more PG-rated.

It's actually quite a clever exploitation of a loophole on their part. By selling the Cygnet it allows them to continue building the cars they build best without having to dull them down for efficiency.

it forces specialist car makers to organise crap little cars that they know nothing about, and dump cars on the market that people don't want to buy (I mean, who wants an Aston Martin 1.3L twango (or whatever) thats double the cost of a toyoto buzzbox?
